As from 23/04/2019 Loma Air is branched in Poland.
We’ve identified Poland as an important growth market, which in term can act as a new base for more expansion in the middle of the eastern part of Europe.
The branch in Poland has been set up as a Sales and After Sales Office, where Customers can speak to Loma Air representatives in their own language and place their orders for Engines and/or Parts. Polish Customers will get a quick response when in need of technical information regarding the maintenance of their Plane’s beating heart.
Our production/service facility and HQ will remain based in Heist op den Berg, BELGIUM.

It was an honour to be invited by the Belgian Airforce to attend the Beauvechain Airbase Day.
At a nice and sunny day, the Belgian Airforce showed some of their planes and Helicopters in an air show for the general public.
We were proud to see the Belgian stunt team piercing the sky in the Marchetti's SF260, which are all powered by Loma Air!

Loma Air received about 20 trainees from all over Europe to attend the 4-day Training Lycoming Engine Service Piston School.

The Lycoming Engines Service School training program includes a review of Lycoming service publications and manuals and covers construction, theory of operation, and servicing of Lycoming reciprocating engines. Additional topics include inspection, servicing, and troubleshooting of related components. Incorporated into the program is a hands-on training component with teams working on 4-cylinder Lycoming O-360 engines, learning proper procedures for engine disassembly and reassembly.

Loma Air received about 22 trainees from all over Europe to attend a 4-day Continental Motors training course.
The main part of the four day course was thaught by Neal George.
Neal was flanked by two fellow American trainers who took the time to give extra information from their bussinesses

At the March 2018 issue of a well known Flemish magazine, 'Ondernemers', our CEO An Swiggers has given an interview giving an overview of Loma Air in the past, the present and the future.
At a local magazine, Loma Air gave an overview of Loma's history and highlighted our new site at Knotwilgenweg 23, Heist op den Berg.
During her tour through Flanders Gwendolyn Rutten, chairwoman of one of the major political parties in Belgium Open-VLD paid us a visit. Accompanied by accountable manager An Swiggers and our maintenance manager Ellen Van Hove she and her entourage were given a guided tour through the company.
We are honoured 'Gazet van Antwerpen', one of the major newspapers in Flanders wrote an article about Loma air, placing the story of recently passed away fouder Louis Swiggers and the history of Loma Air into the spotlights.
Since Loma Air services the engines for the Marchetti aircrafts ofthe Belgian airforce our crew was invited at the 70th anniversary of the airforce base in Bevekom.
